RETURNED ON PURCHASE OF GOODS
LL Wellness & BeautyCenter / EL Kadife Nordic offers you a 14-day return policy. The return period runs from the time you receive the item. However, the following restrictions apply:
• If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
• Note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
• When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
• You have to pay for the package to be returned and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

If you return your item in accordance with clause (c), we recommend that you send the item as a "parcel post" as you will then have the opportunity to trace the parcel in case the delivery is delayed or lost for Post Denmark. In the case of "parcel mail", there is also the possibility of claiming damages against Post Denmark if the parcel should disappear.

REFUND
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back when we receive the item in unused condition.
COMPLAINT Any complaint about defects in delivered products must, according to the Buyer, have or should have discovered the defect to the L&L Wellness Center within 2 days. Otherwise, the Buyer loses its right to invoke the defect LL Wellness & BeautyCenter does not give an independent guarantee for the goods ordered, and the Buyer obtains only the guarantees issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer.

PRICES
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the order day. However, reservations are made for: Price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold-out and expired goods, as well as changes in product specification and printing errors. All prices quoted are exclusive of 25% VAT.
FREIGHT & DELIVERY
Shipping costs excl. VAT is DKK 66 up to 1 kg, DKK 73 per person. buy up to 5 kg. Then the freight increases to DKK 120 up to 10 kg and DKK 180 up to 20 kg.
Please note that VAT has been shipped. You are welcome to pick up your goods at LL Wellness & BeautyCenter, Skomagergade 26.1, 4000 Roskilde, without shipping costs.
We deliver goods throughout the Nordic region. Your order will arrive by Post Denmark and GLS within 3-7 days.
If an item has a defect or is incorrectly dispatched, LL Wellness & BeautyCenter / El Kadife Nordic will of course cover your shipping costs when the item is returned to LL Wellness & BeautyCenter.
PAYMENT
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with MobilePay, Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item departs from LL Wellness & BeautyCenter.

REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
